CROCKPOT STYLE
Diestel product: Diestel Turkey Boneless, Skinless Thighs
Ingredients:
About 5-7 lbs. Diestel Turkey
1/3 cup ketchup
5 gloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp red pepper flakes, or more for more "heat"
1/4 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Place turkey in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; mix and pour over turkey. Cover, cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Remove turkey from crockpot, shred with 2 forks. Combine turkey with 1 cup of sauce from the crockpot. Spoon turkey and sauce into wraps or French rolls.
Suggestion: layer meat in wrap in warm tortillas with black beans, chopped onions, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, shredded lettuce and cabbage. Fold like a burrito.
Top with additional sauce, if desired. Enjoy!

Place turkey in two 13" X 9" glass baking dishes. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; mix and spread over and around turkey. Cover, bake at 300° F for 4 hours.
Remove turkey from baking dishes, shred with 2 forks. Combine turkey with sauce from baking dishes. Spoon turkey and sauce into wraps or French rolls.
