Diestel product: 100% Ground Turkey and Italian Turkey Sausage

Ingredients:
1 lb. spinach or Swiss chard or 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed
1 lb. Diestel 100% Ground Turkey
1 lb. Diestel Italian Turkey Sausage
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Steam spinach or Swiss chard, drain well and chop. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake at 350º F for 1 hour.

Serves 4-6.
