Smoked in our smokehouse to perfection or oven roasted in our own ovens means all you need to do is heat n’ serve – our whole turkeys and turkey breasts are sized for small to large gatherings and easily found in your fine grocer’s deli or prepared foods departments.


We have slowly smoked your Diestel Naturally Smoked Turkey in our own smokehouse until fully cooked. All you need to do is heat-to-taste or enjoy chilled. We are proud to bring you the natural quality of a range grown Diestel turkey, now slowly smoked. Enjoy the ease of heat-and serve!

Directions: to enjoy a moist and tender turkey, just remove chilled (not frozen) bird from bag; place in a roasting pan and heat at 325°F for approximately 1½ to 2 hours or to taste.

HONEY GLAZE RECIPE: This quick and tasty glaze adds a nice touch to our smoked turkey and smoked boneless breast.

2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cloves, ground

Blend ingredients and brush over smoked turkey prior to heating.


We have slowly roasted your Diestel Naturally Oven Roasted Turkey in our ovens until fully cooked. All you need to do is heat-to-taste. Your turkey will brown naturally when heated. Enjoy the ease of heat-and serve!

Directions: to enjoy a moist and tender turkey, just remove chilled (not frozen) bird from bag, then heat by following one of these simple directions.

THE BASIC: do nothing! Simply remove from bag. Place in a roasting pan and heat at 325º F for approximately 1½ to 2 hours. Turkey will brown naturally.

THE PASTE OR RUB: spread exterior of turkey with a blend of your favorite herbs and spices or with a paste made of the following ingredients, then heat as directed in "The Basic," then enjoy!

4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt, or to taste
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika

NOTE: While this turkey is fully cooked we recommend heating-to-taste. When using a meat thermometer heat to suggested internal temperature of 160º F. Let stand for 15 minutes before carving.
