From our feed mill, our turkeys are fed only the finest grains free of animal by products. We feel that quality cannot be left to chance. We are one of the last small, family owned, fully integrated, premium quality turkey grower-processors in the United States. And we maintain control of every aspect of our operation from our feed mill to growing through processing and distribution.

The original Diestel Turkey is what we've built our business on. These all-natural, slow-growing birds are given plenty of time and space to develop naturally in the clean Sierra Nevada foothills, resulting in a juicy, tender turkey with our signature old-fashioned flavor. Since we grow our birds longer, they develop into broad breasted birds with superior yield (i.e. lots of white meat) and superb flavor.

At only 6-10 pounds when fully mature the Diestel Petite Turkey is great for the grill, barbecue, rotisserie and roasting – everyday! The Diestel Petite has superior meat-to-bone ratio with a smaller bone structure. As with all of our Diestel turkeys the Diestel Petite is tender and juicy with that real old-fashioned turkey flavor. It is perfect for everyday!

Our Pasture Raised Turkey is able to rotationally graze in diverse pastures, forage in green grass and exhibit natural growth behaviors. As with all of our slow grown Diestel turkeys the Diestel Pasture Raised Turkey is tender and juicy with that real old-fashioned turkey flavor. It is perfect for holidays and everyday!
