
What should I buy if I want extra turkey meat but not another whole body turkey?
You have several choices for that easy addition. Ask your retailer for Diestel Boneless Turkey Roast "all breast meat" or "mixed – light and dark meat." This product is boneless turkey meat in a netting. It is convenient and easy to roast. Each boneless roast weighs approximately 3-6+ pounds.
To prepare simply remove from bag, put in an open roasting pan and roast at 325° F for approximately 25 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 160° F. (Be careful not to over-roast!)
